Nadine Cayce
serves on the FIT Decisions Board as Secretary. She has a strong administrative background. She worked in the mortgage insurance industry for 15 years. She managed the Customer Service and Client Account Departments, which handled all incoming inquiries from customers, clients and agents. She left the insurance industry to raise her two adopted children, who are now teenagers. She has served on the board of multiple non-profit agencies over the last 17 years, including serving as President of her children’s non-profit preschool and PTA President at their elementary school along with various other PTA positions. She also served on the Board of Presbyterian Counseling Services for several years, coordinating their annual fund-raising auction and women’s breakfast. She is a member of Julian Soule Guild for Children’s Hospital and served on their board as Secretary for two years. She recently stepped down as Vice President of Columbia Choirs Association to serve on the board of FIT Decisions. For the last 9 years she has worked in the education field as a paraeducator and currently works in the library of an elementary school. She lives in Black Diamond, Washington with her husband of 27 years, and their two children.
