| Jennifer Bursch – is a Registered Nurse with several years of I.C.U. experience. Over the past decade Jennifer has provided eating disorder seminars to children, teens and adults. She has appeared on the local Seattle television show “Northwest Afternoon” and the nationally syndicated “Home Show” sharing her personal story of overcoming a life-threatening eating disorder as a teen. Jennifer’s husband is Pastor of Evergreen Church, located in Auburn, Washington. They have two young daughters. Jennifer speaks to the F.I.T. Decisions conference participants in the area of eating disorders, the media, and self-esteem.
