In the business of summer our normal schedules and routines can be very disrupted. At times, we find ourselves surrounded with people, like at camp or on a family vacation. This closeness with our family and friends can be fun but it can also be stressful if we don't have the chance to get away and be by ourselves for a while. Look for a little time each day to get away from others to let your mind rest and sort out all the thoughts rolling around in your head. If your bedroom is miles away, go for a walk on the beach or through the woods to let some of the tension melt away.
